After the beta period, HomeTurf will transition to a paid SaaS subscription for lenders:

•A flat per-seat subscription, with pricing announced well before beta concludes
•You will never be automatically charged - subscription requires explicit opt-in

•All beta participants will receive advance written notice
•Lenders may choose to subscribe or discontinue at transition

HomeTurf will never sell preferential placement or allow lenders to pay for priority in auctions. All lenders compete on the same terms across all four auction modes. Our subscription model funds the platform, not auction outcomes.

Is HomeTurf really free?

Yes. HomeTurf is 100% free for homebuyers - always. For lenders, the platform is completely free during our beta period (minimum 6 months). After beta, HomeTurf will transition to a paid SaaS subscription model for lenders. Pricing will be announced well before any transition.

Are all 4 auction types included free during beta?

Yes. During the beta period, lenders have full access to all four auction types at no cost: Purchase, Refinance, Pre-Approval, and Beat My Rate. No features are gated behind paid tiers during beta.

How long is the beta period?

The beta period will last a minimum of six months from launch. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice before any transition to paid features.

What will lender pricing look like after beta?

Post-beta, HomeTurf will charge lenders a flat per-seat subscription. There are no per-lead, per-closing, referral or placement fees. Specific pricing will be announced before beta concludes.

Will I be automatically charged when beta ends?

No. There will be no automatic charges. Subscription requires explicit opt-in consent.

Will homebuyers ever have to pay?

No. HomeTurf is and will always be free for homebuyers. Our business model is built around lender subscriptions, not borrower fees.

How are lenders verified?

All lenders must provide a valid NMLS number. We verify active licensing status before granting platform access.

What states is HomeTurf available in?

HomeTurf is currently available in 5 states: CO, NC, TX, WI, FL. We plan to expand based on beta performance.
